MEO's TV

If you are at home connected to your MEO service's WiFi, authentication on the App is automatic and you do not need to enter your my MEO email and password. If you are away from home or connected to the mobile network**, you must enter your my MEO access details (email and password).

The service is now active and available for immediate use by customers with MEO TV service. MEO Go for watching away from home: To use this service option you will need to subscribe. Go to the App settings and then to: My Subscriptions › Away from Home › Subscribe. Alternatively, you can go to the customer area: my MEO › Services and Applications › MEO Go.

You can change your details in the my MEO customer area at any time. If you do not remember your email address and/or password, choose the “Recover” email or password option and follow the steps to recover your details or set a new password.

You can watch the same channel on up to 3 devices simultaneously, except for a premium channel or a VideoClub film which you can only watch on 1 device.

You can associate up to 10 devices per MEO GO account (smartphones/tablets or PCs). After exceeding this number (10), if you try to log in with an 11th device, there will be a 1-hour delay until the oldest device is removed. Each device used is registered in the customer account. To view the registered devices, access the MEO GO App, go to settings and select the Devices option.

The channels you have access to are the same as those available in your TV package. MEO Go: You can watch the channels connected to your MEO service's WiFi (valid for ADSL or Fiber packages). If your package does not include Internet or is satellite, you need to activate MEO Oustide to be able to watch the channels. MEO Go Oustide: You can watch the channels through any Internet connection. Channels from the basic grid can be viewed on 3 devices simultaneously.

The premium channels available on MEO GO are those that you have subscribed to in your TV package (except premium Adult channels). You can subscribe to premium channels directly through the MEO GO App. In order to have total control and security regarding your subscriptions, you can activate a Purchase and Rental PIN on MEOBox. Viewing a premium channel is limited to 1 device.

At the moment, the VideoClub features only available at the current version available in meogo.meo.pt. You can rent and watch films from MEO VideoClub or continue watching films that you have rented on your MEOBox. In order to have total control and security over your rentals, you can activate a Purchase and Rental PIN on your MEOBox. Viewing MEO VideoClub content is limited to 1 device.

The MEO Go app is available in Portugal. If you are a private customer and have MEO Go Oustide active, you can access the service in European Union countries via any Internet connection.
